Day 1: Booty Booty Booty

Society has been programmed to prefer a larger round booty over a semi-curved behind.. Well I have been blessed with a somewhat smaller version of the semi-curved behind... needless to say.. squats should be my best friend.

I tried squatting in the mornings but to be honest, I would do 8 or 9 and call it a day. It just was not my thing. I have researched on Rife Frequencies in which different frequencies affects your physical body in different ways. Of course I looked for a frequency that would help my little problem...

As I type this out, I am listening to this video. I have set my intention and am looking forward to seeing the results.
