Society has been programmed to prefer a larger round booty over a semi-curved behind.. Well I have been blessed with a somewhat smaller version of the semi-curved behind... needless to say.. squats should be my best friend.
I tried squatting in the mornings but to be honest, I would do 8 or 9 and call it a day. It just was not my thing. I have researched on Rife Frequencies in which different frequencies affects your physical body in different ways. Of course I looked for a frequency that would help my little problem...

Salvia: To do or not to do...?
DMT is an illegal substance in the US (even though we all have this chemical IN OUR BRAINS and is secreted during REM state...anyway...) so I decided that I was going to try Salvia, the '5-minute-version' of DMT or Ayahuasca.
1st Time: (approx. 6 months ago)
I was sitting up in bed. All of a sudden I felt a tingling all throughout my body. I could not help but smile. It felt like all the hair on my body was on end. I look up and start laughing, unable to put together meaningful words to combine a sentence with any structure. I then turn my head around, looking for someone that was pulling my hair. It felt like a large vacuum cleaner was sucking me up from above. I talked my way out of this, thinking back I wish I had just let it take me to never-never-land, and slowly and smoothly came back to reality.
2nd Time: (2 weeks after my 1st time)
I learned after my first experience that closing your eyes during a Salvia trip greatly increases the effects. Apparently keeping your eyes open stimulates a spinning or pages of a book state where you are stuck and repeatedly travelling in between this dimension and others. (I watched friends do this and they either ran around in circles or rolled around on the floor) I took a deep breath, held it in until I felt vibrations and let out a giant puff of smoke.
The adventure begins.
I find myself in total darkness, but there is no fear. I do not 'see' my guide (still have not officially met) but I felt her presence and her arm around my shoulder. She and I floated towards a giant wagon wheel (I later read into the medicine wheel) and it started spinning slow.. but sped up just a little bit at each turn until it was spinning fairly quickly. As it increased in speed, I kept hearing "Sorcerer... sorcerer..." by a male voice.
I slowly black out and find myself back in bed.
